This is what he is trying to accomplish, as of now his code isn't
written in such a manner. I'm guessing he's using Setll and Reade
as opposed to using embedded SQL?

This isn't a problem with using Setll and Reade, it's a problem because
the program is not processing each request as a new request. It's trying
to present the next X records, when it should reposition the record cursor
for each request.
