Depends on whether you are using a real terminal or an emulator. If
an emulator to what function have those keys been been mapped?
Field Exit normally clears any data to the right of the cursor
position and moves to the next field. Field+ normally clears any data
to the right of the cursor, right-justifies the data, sets an
positive sign, and moves to the next field.
From memory, real terminals tend to restrict Field+ use to numeric
fields.
