Well, one deals strictly with calculating taxes the other is the "catch all"
that has subprocedures that don't fit anywhere else. So they are logically
divided out. It just so happens that they need each other. I'll see what I
can do to re-arrange things to make it easier, but I think the organization
would get messy.
