That got it. The variance between this display and the others is a pair
of flag fields near the end of the subfile display that is infrequently -
an indicator was used to allow the fields to be swapped back and forth,
rather than writing the contents to a single displayable field. So the
indicator usage was whacking it out. Took the indicator off and things
worked just fine.

YOU CAN NOT USE INDICATORS ON THE FIELDS OR THE SYSTEM
WILL ALWAYS FILL FROM THE TOP DOWN RATHER THAN BOTTOM UP WHEN
YOU ROLLDOWN AND SET RRN ACCORDINGLY
