I do not like Hungarian notation, and recommend that you just name your
constant with a name.

There may be a time when a constant you insert into a program is no
longer a constant, but will be the output of a function, because there
are now choices that we need to push into this other field. So just
treat a constant as a "thing" among other things.

The editor and compiler know when "it" is a constant. The prefix of "c"
is unnecessary. And it means that if a logic change is needed, then I
have to change every line of source to clarify the new delineation of
the "field" cIRA.

Here's an example applicable for this time of year April: Say if you
had a constant "IRA" inside your code, and then along comes the
distinction between "IRA" and "ROLLOVER IRA". Programs that use the
constant field "cIRA" would not add clarity to code, but confusion.
