Maybe I'm missing the bigger picture. If you don't want to display the
formats, don't use them in your program. being in the Source doesn't mean
they have to get displayed.

But more importantly, if you don't want them why build them? I build
separate display source for each program.

I have a display dds with 4 formats. I would like to exclude 3 of them for
a program when is is called.
Any suggests and/or help would be greatly appreciated.
