CLOB and Trigger Buffer

We have a table defined with a CLOB of 1MB. We have wired a trigger onto
this table so we receive the record if a change is made.

The problem becomes how do you access the CLOB through the trigger buffer.

I tried do an ExtName and creating a data structure but what I see is 39a
field created with no name.

Anybody got any idea how you process CLOB from the trigger buffer in an
SQLRPGLE program?

Also we are at V6R1.
