I think the focus should clearly be on the pre compiler and debugger
APIs. Currently the pre compiler is not well documented. There need
to be more facilities that enable a pre compiler to store information
in the module and program objects. With a well functioning pre
compiler, 3rd party developers could extend RPG or C, they could
create entirely new languages.
