What is the system but a bunch of logic circuits?  You can't tell me it
doesn't all get down to ones and zeros eventually.

I don't believe there's any circuit board wiring going on on this list,
but
your point is taken. Let me revise my statement (expressed to an RPG
community on an RPG list) --> NOT = and <> are equivalents IN RPG from
the
perspective that they both are negatives.
