I believe RPGII lacked the CASxx (and CABxx) opcodes, at least on S/3.  I'm
pretty sure they were added for RPGIII.  (Having said that, it's possible it
was also added on S/36 since S/36 followed S/38, chronologically speaking.)

Talk about nostalgia!  I still have a plastic box full of those 96-column
