IceBreak is a completely separate web-enabling technology from PHP and Zend.

AFAIK, IceBreak is the product (from a company called "System & Method" 
in Denmark) that allows you to embed HTML within your ILE RPG IV code, 
in a manner similar to the way Java Server Pages (.jsp) allows you to 
embed HTML within your Java code.

I believe "IceCap" is to "IceBreak" as "Zend Bridge" is to "Zend Core".
