Jon,

Try sending a break message from another session. I recall a bug in iSeries Access where the emulator seemed to become non-responsive to most keys. The break message seemed to wake it up.

Yes - normally I would be using RDP but the system I use is having a
problem with the debug server at the moment.

I mean that F10, F11 etc. resulted in a a function key not available
message.

I'll try remote debugging and see if it helps make things clearer
