The comment is pointless.  It tells you nothing that's useful to 
understanding the code.  Delete it.

Now, decide for yourself whether the time required to rename the 
procedure (which should be relatively small -- it's just a find/replace 
after all) is warranted or not.

But either way, you may as well delete the comment, since it serves no 
value that I can glean.
