Ah yes, the "load all" vs. "page at a time" question.  This is always an 
issue, and the only answer is "it depends".  The only thing I recommend 
is that if you plan to do a load all subfile that you make sure that you 
also check for a maximum RRN.  It's far more palatable to the user to 
get an incomplete subfile than to get a hard halt :).
