  Relying on T-CD entries with command string 'SBMJOB' would be 
functional only for those jobs actually started with a SBMJOB command. 
Some jobs enter a job queue without any actual "command".  And when 
added to a job queue via a command, the command name need not be 'SBMJOB'.

  I am not sure about what a T-JS [Job data] entry for a submitted job 
would have for the library list, but I believe to be logged while 
auditing is enabled, that the QAUDLVL [or QAUDLVL2] system value must 
include the *JOBDTA "Actions that affect a job are audited" special 
value.  Hmmm, are there two T-JS for every submitted job; one for 
entering the job queue, and another for actually starting in the subsystem?
