One of the attributes I'm reviewed one annually is "Positive Discontent"....

One part of the presentation was about the 3 types of behaviors
1) Design - say or do to align with your (company's) customers
2) Default - go along with the herd
3) Defiance - say or do to protect the status quo even if it's not the
best for your (company's) customers
And believe me, we're not a progressive shop...we've got a reputation
for conservatism and if it's not broke don't fix it....
