One thing is clear to me:
You have not been very clear in any posting that you made to this thread.

And as to what you wrote below, I am in agreement with Joe - my company has 
been much more successful in taking business people (who are technically 
inclined) and turning them into successful business programmers than taking 
someone with a CS degree and trying to teach them how accounting, inventory, 
and ERP systems work.

IMO, real 'geeks' don't like business programming - they want to get down to 
the bare metal...
