I believe that many of us are "certified".

(but not necessarily in RPG programming)...

This has been discussed before here (check the archives at Mirange.com) but in essence it was being stolen faster than IBM could develop new versions of it. I think the last one lasted about a month before it appeared on the so-called "certification education" sites.
