I would not have thought that a delete trigger would prevent a clear of a
PF.

BTW, somewhere along the line CHGPFTRG got enhanced to let you change
the state of *ALL triggers to *DISABLED. Then you can do your CLRPFM
and set the state of the triggers to *ENABLED again. I find this
easier than removing and re-adding each trigger. You do need
exclusive access to the file to change trigger states, but then you do
for CLRPFM as well.
