It runs for about 20 minutes - would love for it to run quicker but don't

have any ideas on how to achieve that.

If the sheet is not too complicated - or maybe even if it is - you can
probably do the same thing and do it much faster using XML style
spreadsheet. Standard writes to IFS. Some sheets can get pretty large (XML is wordy compared to the binary formats) but I haven't had any problems a little zip action didn't help.
