This does not use the SEP or add it - it means that you already know the job where the program will be running, which SEPs were meant to resolve.

The complete STRSRVJOB command string is given to you in a message, in the job where you originally run STRDBG and use SBREAK - the STRDBG sub-command for setting an SEP.
