FWiW [for the OP as well] there is a "status" of a trigger other than *DISABLED and *ENABLED. I do not recall its name presently and no time to look, but effectively the status suggests, IIRC, that "the program was restored but the database file was not, or vice versa"; though for some reason I was thinking it was relevant only for SQL TRIGGER.? I seem to recall that "status" was reported on DSPFD.... and that some past discussion [not on the RPG list] had used kwds DSPFD *TRG and probably "status" to discuss.
