That explains the interjection; but not to whom nor what. I do not recall any such claim was made... and no quoted reply showed any such claim was made. That is why including an attributed quotation helps to establish the context for a reply in the message thread; i.e. the new message becomes part of the thread rather than a mere interjection.

FWiW I only saw claims being made in prior messages, that to determine if a particular level "total" calculations were required, one could test for *INL#. Nothing about that claim would imply that no other tests can be made.
