Are you talking about Binder Source or Binding Directory?
In Binder Source you list all the exported procedures.
In a Binding Directory you'd include additional modules required for
compilation.

When creating the binder file, if I'm understanding this part correctly,
the only modules that are listed are of course those that will be
"exported" or exposed for external use correct?
