Nice concept! Basically a do-it-yourself ceiling function. It's
close, but not quite. It looks like you're treating inpVal within the
%rem as though it were already multiplied by 10000. Besides fixing
that, you also have to ensure that the parameters for %rem have zero
decimal places.
