No, Jeff.. RtnParm really only helps with large return values.

RtnParm does break compatibility with other ILE languages, so I wouldn't use it unless you know that your routine is only called from RPG, and even then, only if the return value is quite large (Greater than 10000 bytes, and called frequently.)
