Whatever is calling the program will supply the parameter, the error you are getting is because you are calling it without providing any parameters so it cannot update them. If you are just trying to test then create a test program that will call it with parameters.

The rtncount is supposed to be an output only field, defined in the IWS, so I'm not sending it a value, its supposed to just return a value.

I know I can't do an INZ on a parameter field so how would I get around this?
