It is helpful to the list if you share your resolution to the issue, what
worked or didn't.
If the solution was outside the suggestions, comments or questions on the
thread, someone else could benefit. (Even you, two years from now when you
come across the same thing, lost track of your solution, and have the same
issue).
If someone suggested a solution, we get the same effect.
Even if it's some stupid typo or a head-slapping "How did I miss that?!",
a good chance we all have done it. The only perfect first-time every-time
coders are not on this list. (Or any others)

I realize the issue was resolved already, as noted in a reply; though
with no explanation of what was changed. Regardless, FWiW...
From the docs, the last two (8th and 9th) parameters are:
8 Message key Output Char(4)
9 Error code I/O Char(*)
Thus the /const/ specification on each, seems amiss.
