Just to clarify this, the ACTGRP always defaulted to QILE with
DFTACTGRP(*NO).

The CRTBNDRPG command changed in 7.1, from _showing_ QILE as the
default, to showing *STGMDL. But since *STGMDL means "QILE" with the
default value for the STGMDL parameter, the activation group default
didn't actually change.

Thanks for clarifying that point. Perhaps I was confused by remembering
the CRTPGM defaults. (Of course I could have these wrong, too.) I know the
ACTGRP(*ENTMOD) is now the default on CRTPGM. For RPGLE, CBLLE, and CLLE,
"ACTGRP(*ENTMOD)" will use QILE (or QILETS when teraspace-enabled). I
could be wrong, but I think the CRTPGM default used to be ACTGRP(*NEW).
Now a "*NEW" activation group is only used when the entry module is not
RPGLE, CBLLE, or CLLE.
