Now to get my 'refresh test data' rpg program setup!

I don't know what kind of dataset you're dealing with, but for me and my
prod to dev refresh, a concern with this approach would be all the logicals
being rebuilt. With a full save and restore, the logicals/indexes don't
need to be rebuilt, but with this raw data approach, I'm thinking they will
have to be.
