You're right, there is a token for that.  Luis posted a sample for me.

On second thought.  This will give you the complete cause.  If you only want the constraint name - have you looked at the tokens for get diagnostics?  I haven't used this in a while.  But I think the ErrorTokens give you the specific pieces that are used in the cause.
