No joke; my favourite part of the RPG Reference is error handling. On
the 7.2 Knowledge Center, that's right near the top; in the 'Basics of
RPG IV' section.

One place that this particular message is exposed is in the Program
Status Data Structure.

There are relationships between the File Information Status Data
Structure (INFDS), Program Status Data Structure (PSDS), %error or the
(e) extender and %status, but generally speaking, it is good to
understand these relationships.
