with a dynamic sql you must use Prepare and you could use Execute or
Execute Immediate.
That should read "with dynamic SQL you may use either Execute
Immediate or Prepare combined with Execute." Execute Immediate does
a prepare and an execute in a single call to SQL but is limited to those
SQL statements that return no data.
