I have a basic first draft done. I don't like it, but it seems to work. When a column is changed, a new getter/setter must be added to the service program. Existing programs can continue to use the prior getter/setter. Compiler directives in the service program prevent an existing program to be re-compiled using the old getter/setter. This forces devs to use the new getter/setter whenever an existing program is re-compiled.
Like I said, I'm not happy with this.
