Yes, this is OK. WRKPTFGRP shows all the groups unless you use
WRKPTFGRP PTFGRPLVL(*LATEST) This list will probably not look right
when it posts, but it comes from

In particular, your cume looks OK, and you are at TR11 which is the last
TR for 7.1, but you need to check Java, DB2, and HTTP and bring them up
to date. Java is only one group behind, but I would still bring it current.

I never saw a problem like you had when I was on 7.1. If it happens
again I would call IBM for software support.
