All I meant was that you have to know what you're doing, whether
that's leveraging built-in functions properly or doing your own
arithmetic or some combination. It is a truly sad sight to see date
logic created by someone who did not know what they were doing (but
thought they did). The existence of the famous "Excel date bug" (which
might more properly be called the "Lotus 1-2-3 date bug") is a prime
example. Perhaps THE prime example.
