Playing around with this some more. I added a second procedure interface
after the one defined in the OP, the new one having the same name as the
program object, thinking perhaps the compile would use the procedure
interface named the same as the program. Wrong. Compiler puked with
RNF3768:
Message: The procedure interface has already been defined for this
procedure.
Cause: The procedure interface must be defined exactly once for each
procedure. The procedure-interface definition is ignored.
Recovery: Remove the extra procedure-interface definition. Compile again.

Guess that settles it.
