But it's hard to imagine much of an overlap between folks who export procedures and folks who use those H spec data areas. As soon as you add the NOMAIN keyword, you wouldn't pick up the data area.

Unless they have the NOMAIN keyword in one of the data areas, and have a separate library list for compiling NOMAIN modules. But I'm guessing there's on the order of zero people who would even think of doing that. Ok, one person, since I evilly just thought of it.
