Jose,

Our SPLTOOL Software has PDF options that allow you to add a password to a
PDF file in the IFS. You can download and try it out from
www.bvstools.com/spltool.html.

The command is Add PDF Password (PDFPASS).

Notice, this is only a small part of the software's functionality, but it
should do what you want.
