You can also just issue

    OVRDBF ... FRCRATIO(1)  

for testing and debugging purposes, rather than changing the physical file permanently. That way, the effect is limited to just your job, until you close the file and issue DLTOVR.

As Charles suggests, using FRCRATIO(1) on physical files can severely impact performance of IBMi.
