Does this library/file/member exist?

File QRPGLESRC in library HTTPSRCX with member HTTPAPIR4 not found.

No... but we thought this installation was supposed to create everything.

I suppose we can ignore the Tip and create taking all the defaults, but that would eliminate the possibility of testing the upgrade before it being live. The operator is just trying to follow the instructions exactly including the Tip and install HTTPAPI with a new library name.
