Here's the bottom line. We can moan about how hard it is to get anyone to
maintain our legacy code, or we can code SQLRPG in the IFS, using modern
tools infinitely more powerful than those on the classic platform, and hire
young folks.

Additionally, IBM has warned us this is the only way forward.

This should not be a difficult decision, my colleagues.
