There are several ways to write to XML files -

1. SQL functions - have to look in the SQL reference for how to, as well as presentations by Birgitta Hauser that might be online, as well as documents by IBMers
2. CGIDEV2 service program and other similar ones
3. Write text directly to IFS files

That might not look like an answer to your question, but I believe it is - it seems you know the values and where to put them (do you know XML well? if not, go to w3schools.com and take their tutorials), so the how depends on the tool you choose.
