Respond with D and examine the spool file in QEZDEBUG. For every file, there's "chapter", also for the DSPF you're using. The real error is found there. This helps (me) usually.

Aside from your Problem, I read about that QILE was some kind of misnomer, an Example in IBM documents which got used in production. Your mileage may vary.
