Currently on version 1.1.8.2.
Using "Help -> Help Contents" shows a page that includes this tip:


Control Language (CL) commands can be executed by placing CL: at the
beginning of a statement. You can use any CL command that can be submitted
from a batch job.
Example: CL:ADDRPYLE SEQNBR(3333) MSGID(CPA32B2) RPY(I);
