lol...  I want to be clear, too.  Actually, I pretty much agree with Jon.   5250 and OS/2 are never coming back.  Their day in the sun has come and gone, same as mine.   Selling text-based anything today is not a good business plan.

On the other hand I am seeing companies promising to be off that old stuff by the end of the year...  well maybe the middle of next year. I first heard that song 25 years ago, and it's still being sung.   Nothing wrong with doing the stuff we can easily do.  Is there?  Give existing staff a ramp to the future; let them work through this new stuff at their own speed.  They have a lot of tribal knowledge, and that has value and we can honor it.
