CONST is parsing a pointer on the stack to a copy of the data.
VALUE is copying the values on the stack.

So it is the same behaviour.


Au contraire, mon ami. I wouldn't call it the same behavior
because the first is placing a memory address in the call stack whereas
the second is placing program data in the call stack.
