Scott, I'm the king of typos, so I like ISO because it's consistent and it forces me to mentally separate the year, month and day. Look at your date again. :)

Put the format of the dates like Joe sent you '1960-01-01'. Or I usually just use '1960101'. Those always convert properly without relying on format settings.
