If you do a WRKLNK and display the attributes of the file, what is the
CCSID?
And what is actually used in the file (display the contents in hex)?
Sounds like the CCSID doesn't match the contents...perhaps the file got
deleted and recreated with the wrong CCSID.

If I try anything else like ccsid=1208, or my job ccsid=37, it won't open.
