But this is about the same issue when trying to do SFLs in a window.Only if, at some point, you need to clear the subfile. If the subfile gets loaded in the initialization, and after that, all you'll ever need to do with the subfile records is read them and clear the selection column fields in the records, then you don't need any extra writes of the window/SFLCTL.
You need to write the window/SFLCTL record once, before you try to
insert data into the SFL itself.
